Cancellation Policy

At Berenice’s Hair, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you.
We value your time and the time of every guest, so we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Our goal is to maintain a respectful balance between flexibility and fairness while ensuring each custom project receives the care and preparation it deserves.

Consultations

A $50 consultation fee is required at the time of booking.
This payment secures your consultation appointment and allows us to prepare personalized recommendations and hair samples in advance.

Please note that this consultation fee is non-applicable toward future services and does not count as a deposit for a new set of hair extensions, hair system, or topper.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

• If cancelled 24 hours or more in advance, the payment or deposit is fully refundable.

• If cancelled within 24 hours, the payment or deposit becomes non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us accommodate other clients on our waiting list and ensures fair scheduling for all guests.

Cancellation of Custom Hair Orders

Once a new set of hair extensions, hair system, or topper has been confirmed and accepted under a proposal, the materials are custom-ordered and prepared specifically for you.

Because these are personalized and cannot be repurposed, all such custom hair orders and proposal deposits are non-refundable, even if the appointment is later cancelled.

​

Preparation, ordering, and crafting costs are incurred immediately upon acceptance of the proposal and, therefore, cannot be reversed.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid forfeiting your deposit or payment.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, and deposits may be forfeited.

Clients who do not show up without notice will forfeit their payment or deposit entirely.
