Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
We require a reservation deposit to be paid upon booking in order to retain your appointment. The amount of the reservation deposit will be equal to $25 or $50, depending on the service price:

All free appointments require a reservation deposit of $25.

Services costing less than $99 require a reservation deposit of $25.

Services costing $100 or more require a reservation deposit of $50.
The free appointment reservation deposit will be refunded in accordance with your method of payment (e.g. to the card that you paid with) at the end of the appointment.
Reservation deposits for paid services will be considered part of your payment. This means that the final amount you will be required to pay for the service at checkout will equal to the service fee minus the reservation deposit. For example, if the service price is $100, then at checkout you will only need to pay the remaining $50 ($100 - reservation deposit of $50).
CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE EQUAL TO YOUR RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
CANCELLATION LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT:
You will be charged a cancellation fee for any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
RUNNING LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
EMERGENCY CANCELLATION:
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY
You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
